  • The printed banner is stored inside a spring-loaded base, rolled up for protection and portability.
  • To set up, simply extend the base’s feet for stability, then pull the banner straight up and out of the base.
  • Attach the top of the banner to a support pole, which holds it upright and in place.
  • When you’re done, the banner smoothly retracts back into the base, making it easy to pack away and transport—just like a spring-loaded blind or curtain.

I have an existing banner, can I change the print on it?

Yes, we offer a reskin service for customers who want to update the print in their existing pull up banner.

If your banner is a budget model, it’s often more cost-effective (and recommended) to purchase a new pull up banner, as the price difference is minimal. However, if your original banner cost more than $150, reskinning may be worthwhile.

To get started, simply organise to send your existing banner to us, or we can arrange a courier for your convenience. Once we receive your banner, our production team will check the condition of the base and confirm if it’s suitable for reskinning.
Please note: reskinning is at the discretion of our production team and depends on the condition of your banner’s hardware.

I have multiple designs, does that cost extra?

If you supply us with print-ready artwork for each design, there is no extra charge for having multiple designs. As long as your files are set up correctly, we’ll print each design at no additional cost.

If you need help preparing your artwork, our in-house design studio can assist for a small design fee. This fee covers the design work itself. There are no hidden costs, and our rates are very reasonable.
